This Privacy Policy takes effect when you first access or use the Service and will remain in force for as long as you continue to use or have access to the Service, or for a longer period if required under this Privacy Policy.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, legal requirements, or for other operational reasons. Please note that the Service may occasionally contain unintentional errors or inaccuracies. Appstock will make reasonable efforts to correct these as needed, at its sole discretion. While we regularly update and improve the content provided through the Service, some inaccuracies may occur during or between updates. Appstock does not accept any responsibility or liability for such errors.

We also make reasonable efforts to keep the Service free of viruses, but we cannot guarantee complete protection. Users are responsible for taking appropriate precautions, such as using antivirus software, before downloading any content from the Service.

2. OUR SERVICE

Appstock offers a programmatic advertising platform that connects advertisers with premium mobile app inventory. Utilizing its proprietary Supply Path Performance Optimization (SPPO) technology, Appstock enhances ad-delivery efficiency by analyzing and optimizing supply paths to ensure high-quality traffic and improved campaign performance. The platform supports various ad formats, including video, banner, footer, and native ads, catering to diverse advertising needs.

3. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you access or use the Service, Appstock may collect certain types of personal information (the "Personal Data") directly from you or through your interactions with the Service. This may include:

  • Contact and Identification Information/First-Party Data: Such as your full name, phone number, email address, job title, place of work, and any other details you may be asked to provide when registering for or using the Service.
  • Voluntary Information: Any information you choose to provide voluntarily when interacting with Appstock, for example, when you respond to communications, request support, contact us via email, or submit information through the Service.
  • Usage and Transaction Data: Details about the Services you use, purchases you make, or transactions you carry out through the Service. Together, the Personal Data and Usage Data described in this Privacy Policy are referred to collectively as the “Information.”

4. HOW APPSTOCK USES THE INFORMATION

Appstock uses the Information it collects in accordance with applicable laws and for the following purposes:

  • To Provide and Operate the Service: Including account setup, access management, and delivering requested features or content.
  • To Verify Identity: To confirm User identity and maintain accurate account details.
  • To Improve and Personalize the Service: Enhancing the design, functionality, performance, and overall user experience.
  • To Communicate with Users: Including responding to inquiries, providing technical or customer support, and sending service-related updates (such as payment confirmations, usage notices, or important service changes).
  • To Analyze and Monitor Use of the Service: To gather analytics, usage trends, and statistical insights that help improve performance and guide future development.
  • To Detect and Prevent Fraud or Security Threats: Including the use of security and anti-abuse technologies, such as human verification and bot-detection mechanisms (including CAPTCHA solutions), to protect the Service from automated access, spam, and other malicious activities. Such technologies may involve the processing of technical and usage-related information (e.g., IP address, browser or device characteristics) for security and integrity purposes, including when provided by third-party service providers.
  • For Cybersecurity and Insurance Purposes: Including managing insurance claims, technical diagnostics, and responding to incidents.

  • To Post Testimonials: If you submit a testimonial, you consent to us displaying your name alongside your comments on our Service or website.

5. HOW TO OPT-OUT?

If you no longer wish to receive communications from Appstock, you may opt out at any time by:

  • Clicking the "unsubscribe" link included in any email communication you receive from us; or
  • Sending a request by email to info@app-stock.com.

Please note that even if you opt out of receiving marketing communications, we may still send you important service-related or transactional messages, for example, updates about your account, subscription, or order confirmations.

If you wish for Appstock to stop collecting your Information, you may also email us at info@app-stock.com with your request. Please be aware that this request will not apply retroactively and will not affect Information already collected by Appstock in accordance with your prior consent and this Privacy Policy.

We will process your request as soon as reasonably possible and confirm once completed.

If you are using a mobile device, your device may provide you with options to limit or reset your advertising ID, which is used to deliver personalized ads:

  • iOS: Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking and disable tracking or reset your IDFA under Settings > Privacy > Apple Advertising.
  • Android: Go to Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization or reset your AAID.

Please note that opting out does not disable ads entirely but limits the personalization of ads you may see.

6. JOB APPLICANTS AND CANDIDATES

This section supplements this Privacy Policy and applies specifically to individuals who apply for employment, contractor, or similar positions with Appstock through our website, career pages, or any recruitment-related platform or system (“Candidates”). Capitalized terms not defined in this section shall have the meanings given to them in the Privacy Policy.

6.1. Information We Collect from Candidates

In the course of our recruitment and hiring activities, Appstock may collect and process personal data relating to Candidates, including:

  • Identification and contact details, such as name, email address, phone number, and place of residence;
  • Professional and employment-related information, including CVs or résumés, employment history, education, qualifications, skills, references, and professional certifications;
  • Information generated during the recruitment process, such as interview notes, assessments, evaluations, and correspondence;
  • Information voluntarily provided by the Candidate during the application or interview process;
  • Technical information related to the use of our career pages or recruitment systems, such as IP address and log data.

Providing personal data is voluntary and not required by law. However, failure to provide certain information that is relevant to the recruitment process may prevent Appstock from evaluating the Candidate’s application or proceeding with the recruitment process.

6.2. Purposes of Processing

Appstock processes Candidates’ personal data for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy above, and in particular for the following recruitment-related purposes:

  • To review, assess, and evaluate Candidates’ suitability for current or future employment or engagement opportunities;
  • To manage and conduct recruitment, selection, and hiring processes;
  • To communicate with Candidates regarding their application and recruitment status;
  • To maintain internal recruitment records and documentation;
  • To comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations, including employment, labor, and record-keeping requirements;
  • To protect Appstock’s legitimate interests, including the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

Candidate personal data is processed for the recruitment-related purposes described above and in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws, including where necessary to evaluate a Candidate’s application, to communicate with the Candidate, and to comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

6.3. Sharing of Candidate Information

Candidate personal data may be shared, on a need-to-know basis and subject to appropriate confidentiality and data protection safeguards, with:

  • Authorized Appstock personnel involved in recruitment and hiring, such as human resources, management, and relevant team members;
  • Recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems, and other service providers supporting Appstock’s recruitment processes, including recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems, and IT service providers, acting as data processors on Appstock’s behalf. Such service providers may include cloud-based systems used for hosting, storage, and operation of recruitment data;
  • Legal or regulatory authorities, where disclosure is required by applicable law.

6.4. Data Retention

  • Candidate personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above and in the Privacy Policy.
  • If a Candidate is hired, relevant personal data will be retained as part of the employment or engagement records, in accordance with applicable law.
  • If a Candidate is not hired, Appstock may retain the personal data for a limited period for future recruitment opportunities or for legal compliance purposes, unless the Candidate requests its deletion, subject to applicable legal requirements.
  • Requests for deletion will be honored in accordance with applicable law and are subject to Appstock’s legal obligations, including record-keeping requirements and the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

6.5. Candidate Rights

  • Candidates have the rights available to them under applicable data protection and privacy laws, as further described in this Privacy Policy.
  • Israeli Candidates may exercise their rights under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Act, 5741-1981, as amended, including the right to review personal data held about them and to request the correction of inaccurate, incomplete, unclear, or outdated information.
  • Requests to exercise data subjects’ rights may be submitted using the contact details set out in the Privacy Policy. We review all requests in accordance with applicable law. To protect personal data and prevent unauthorized access, we may need to verify that a request is submitted by the relevant data subject or by an authorized representative and may request reasonable proof of identity. Once a request has been properly verified, we will review the relevant information and respond within the timeframe required under applicable law. Where additional time is reasonably required due to the nature or complexity of the request, we may extend the response period as permitted by law and will inform the requester accordingly. If we are unable to fulfill a request, in whole or in part, we will provide an explanation and indicate the legal.

6.6. International Data Transfers

Candidate personal data may be processed or stored outside the Candidate’s country of residence, including through cloud-based recruitment systems or service providers, as further described in the Privacy Policy above. Where required, such transfers are carried out in accordance with applicable data protection laws and appropriate safeguards.

7. DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS

Depending on your place of residence, you may have certain rights regarding your personal data under applicable data protection and privacy laws (such as, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), U.S. state privacy laws including the California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), and the Israeli Protection of Privacy Act).

7.1. These rights may include, subject to applicable legal conditions and limitations:

  • The right to receive confirmation as to whether personal data concerning you is being processed, and to request access to such personal data together with supplementary information;
  • The right to request the correction, update, or completion of inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or outdated personal data;
  • The right to request the deletion or erasure of personal data, where applicable;
  • The right to request the restriction of processing of personal data, or to object to such processing, where permitted by law;
  • The right to receive certain personal data you have provided in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and to request its transfer to another controller, where technically feasible;
  • The right to withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to such withdrawal;
  • The right to opt out of certain uses or disclosures of personal data, including for direct marketing or similar purposes, where such rights are provided under applicable law.

These rights are not absolute and may be subject to Appstock’s legitimate business interests, contractual obligations, and legal requirements. The exercise of certain rights may affect Appstock’s ability to provide some or all of the Service.

Requests to exercise data subject rights may be submitted by the User, or by an authorized representative, using the contact details set out in this Privacy Policy. To protect personal data and prevent unauthorized access, Appstock may require reasonable verification of the requester’s identity. Appstock will review and respond to verified requests in accordance with applicable law and within the timeframes prescribed thereunder.

7.2. Additional Jurisdiction-Specific Rights.

Without derogating from the foregoing, additional rights or disclosures may apply depending on your place of residence:

  • European Economic Area (EEA): Appstock processes personal data on appropriate legal bases, which may include the performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, consent (where required), and Appstock’s legitimate interests, provided that such interests are not overridden by the rights and freedoms of the individual. EEA residents also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority.
  • California, United States: Appstock does not sell personal data for monetary consideration. Certain disclosures of personal data to service providers or partners may be considered a “sharing” of personal data under applicable California law. Where applicable, California residents may have the right to opt out of such sharing, including through recognized browser-based preference signals.
  • Israel: Israeli residents are entitled to exercise their rights under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Act, 5741-1981, including the right to review personal data held in databases and to request the correction of inaccurate, incomplete, unclear, or outdated information, subject to applicable law

7.3. Request Handling Process.

Requests to exercise data subject rights may be submitted by the User, or by an authorized representative, using the contact details set out in this Privacy Policy. In order to protect personal data and prevent unauthorized access, Appstock may require reasonable verification of the requester’s identity before processing any request.

Appstock will review and respond to verified requests within a reasonable period of time and, in most cases, within thirty (30) days from receipt of the request. Where a longer response period is permitted or required under applicable law, or where the request is complex or requires additional review, the response period may be extended accordingly, and the requester will be informed where required by law.

Where a request cannot be fulfilled, in whole or in part, Appstock will provide a reasoned response, subject to applicable legal requirements and permissible exceptions.

8. DURATION OF INFORMATION RETENTION AND STORING

Appstock retains Users’ Personal Data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

We may retain Personal Data to comply with legal obligations (e.g., tax, audit, or regulatory requirements), resolve disputes, enforce our agreements and policies, or protect our legitimate business interests.

Usage Data (such as analytics and technical logs) is typically retained for shorter periods, unless it is needed to improve the performance or security of the Service, or if we are legally required to retain it for longer durations.

Upon expiration of the applicable retention periods, Personal Data is deleted or anonymized (so that it can no longer be associated with an identified or identifiable individual), as appropriate, in accordance with Appstock’s internal data retention and deletion policies and applicable legal and regulatory requirements. Where deletion or anonymization is not immediately feasible (for example, due to technical limitations, backup systems, or legal obligations), Appstock will ensure that such Personal Data is securely isolated, protected, and not subject to further processing, until deletion or anonymization becomes possible.

The Service is hosted on servers located in North America, Asia, Europe. Some Personal Data may be transferred and stored outside of your jurisdiction, including in countries that may not provide the same level of data protection as your home country.

We store data on servers managed by trusted third-party service providers, including, without limitations, Amazon Web Services, with mailing address at 410 Terry Avenue North, Seattle, WA 98109-5210, ATTN: AWS Legal, Amazon Web Services, Inc. Appstock ensures that any cross-border data transfers are made in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including the use of adequate safeguards where required.

9. SHARING INFORMATION WITH THIRD PARTIES

Appstock may share Users’ Personal Data with third parties, but only as necessary and in accordance with the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Such sharing is limited to what is reasonably required and subject to appropriate confidentiality and data protection safeguards.

We may disclose Personal Data to:

  • Employees, contractors, service providers, and advisors. Appstock may share Personal Data with employees, managers, security personnel, legal or financial advisors, consultants, agents, suppliers, or subcontractors, as reasonably necessary for operating, supporting, or improving the Service.
  • Security and infrastructure service providers. Appstock may share certain technical and usage-related information with third-party infrastructure and security service providers that support the operation, availability, and protection of the Service, including providers of security, anti-abuse, and human verification technologies (such as CAPTCHA solutions). Access to Personal Data is strictly limited to Appstock employees, contractors, and service providers who need the information to operate, develop, or improve the Service. All such individuals are bound by contractual confidentiality obligations and are required to process information solely in accordance with this Privacy Policy and for the purposes for which it was originally collected.

12. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Users must be at least eighteen (18) of age to access Appstock’s Service. Appstock’s Service must not be used by individuals who are under the age of eighteen (18) (collectively, "Children").

Appstock does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of eighteen (18). If a parent or guardian is aware that his/her Children have provided Appstock with any Personal Data, he/she is requested to contact Appstock. If Appstock becomes aware that it has collected Personal Data from Children without verification of parental consent, Appstock will take steps to remove that information from its servers.

Appstock will obtain prior parental consent if any changes Appstock makes to this Privacy Policy affect users under the age of 18 in a way that requires such consent under the applicable law including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998, 15 U.S.C. 6501-6505.

Appstock reserves the right at any time to modify this Privacy Policy. Any such modification will be effective immediately upon posting the amended Privacy Policy on the Service and/or by sending a notification to the Users. The User’s continued use of the Service after the effective date of any such modification will be deemed acceptance of such modified Privacy Policy.

All disputes arising out of this Privacy Policy will be subject to the governing law of the state of Israel and the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Tel Aviv - Jaffa, Israel. The User and Appstock agree and submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction and venue of these courts, except that nothing will prohibit either party from instituting an action in any court of competent jurisdiction to obtain injunctive relief or protect or enforce its intellectual property rights. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply to the Terms.
